Advertisements will run both in the print magazine and be placed online at www.opulentdecor.com. The magazine is perfect bound, features four-color throughout, and is printed on coated stock. Covers are XXX.

All ads are for full pages only, in sets of two. All ads will be printed in four-color, CYMK process. No spot or custom colors are supported, and files should not include embedded profiles or additional channels. Files should be submitted in any of the following formats: 300 dpi TIFF or EPS image files, Adobe Acrobat, or Quark 4.0 files. Ads may be submitted on ZIP, JAZ, CD or DVD and must accompany a laser proof. Ad materials are not returned.

Ad materials that do not meet these requirements, must be converted, or require additional work will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, or $25 per scan.

Ad Creation Services
Opulent Décor can produce your advertisement, provided materials are submitted by the 1st of the month, two months prior to issue date. Estimates and proofs will be provided. Advertisers are billed at cost for these services.
Closing dates are the 15th of the month, two months prior to issue date. Covers must be in by the 1st of that month.

Covers are not cancelable.

**All full page documents must be set up to at least 8.5” by 11” – bleed ads should each be 8.75” by 11.25”. Vital advertising matter should be kept within 7.875” and 10.375”

Advertising Terms
Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice delivery are subject to a late payment finance charge of 2% per month (24% annual percentage rate) on any balance remaining after the initial 30-day period. Cancellations are not accepted after closing date; cancellations made after space is reserved, but prior to closing copy will be charged 50% of the initial rate. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only.
